Sexually Assaulted in the Military

It seems that the men and women that serve to protect the US aren't safe from their own team.  The statistics that were estimated in 2010 suggests that 19,000 men and women were sexually assaulted in one way or another, that year alone.  There have been cases, like ex-marine Sarah Albertson, have been attacked sexually by another officer that outranks them.  When they reported it to a commanding officer they were either told to keep quiet, or they were kick out of their military unit.  One woman, Andrea Neutzling, had reported to a superior officer that she had been sexually assaulted, and due to her being married at the time, she was charged with adultery, and kicked out of her military unit.

"I'm sorry. Goodbye."

Josh Powell and his sons, Charlie at 7 years old and Braden at 5, have been found dead in their burned house.  The autopsy has shown that the sons had neck wounds, from a hatchet, in their necks.  It seems that Josh had sent out a voicemail to his family members saying that "I am not able to live without my sons, and I'm not able to go on anymore.  I'm sorry to everyone I've hurt.  Goodbye."  This has made officials believed that the burning of the house, and the three dead bodies, makes this a murder-suicide case.  Powell's wife won't be able to live through this, she went missing in 2009.

History Repeats

The Giants have done it again, they have won the Lombardi Trophy, defeating the Patriots 21-17.  They repeated history in when they beat the Patriots in '08 17-14.  With this win the Giants had become 4-time Super Bowl winners.  The Giants had entered the game being the underdogs, with many believing that the Patriots would get their revenge from their past mistake of losing to the Giants in the past Super Bowl.  Just like most true fans, however, the fans of the Patriots are claiming the win on luck, and that if they had a rematch, or a little more time, the Patriots would pull out the win.

Super Labs

Mexican authorities seemed to be seizing more and more super labs everyday.  They seemed to be making methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, and marijuana.  The numbers seem to be increasing in the last five years.  The DEA has also been noticing an increase in  the number of people, being caught with Mexican methamphetamine.  This leads many to believe that they are making the drugs in Mexico, coming into the US illegally, and then selling the drugs on the streets to US citizens.  Also, the price of methamphetamine on the streets has dropped, and the number of seizures has drastically increased.  The number had increased from 22 labs in 2007 to 206 in 2011.
